ecoNegroni is an iconic cocktail made from ecoGin, ecoBitter, and ecoVermouth. It was first created in Florence in the early 20th century and is known for its distinctive bittersweet flavor. The combination of the bitter ecoBitter, the ecoGin, and the slightly sweet ecoVermouth makes the Negroni a well-balanced yet intense drink.


It is traditionally served over ice in a tumbler and garnished with an orange zest, which adds a refreshing touch to the cocktail.

Nose: Cooked agave at the forefront, with notes of tropical fruits and citrus.


Palate: Cooked agave and fresh melon on the palate, developing into green bell peppers, green herbs, and a hint of tropical fruit.


Finish: Smooth finish with light vegetal tones and delicate spice.

Aperitivo is a liqueur that’s perfect for making a Spritz.Fill a large glass with ice, add 50 ml of Aperitivo, 150 ml of Prosecco, and a splash of sparkling water, then garnish with an orange slice. A great alternative to the brand Aperol.

ecoBITTER is a classic Italian-style liqueur created by us, with half the sugar of Campari. It’s known for its intense red color and complex bitter taste.

ecoVermouth Rosso embodies the authentic tradition of Piedmont, using Nebbiolo wine as its base. It is aged in wooden barrels, with the duration varying depending on the season. This ensures a harmonious balance in flavor and a distinctive aroma.

ecoVermouth Rosso is perfect for preparing any cocktail that benefits from its bitter notes, such as a Negroni.

The base consists of water, natural extracts and distillates, and citric acids. Important to know: once opened, the EcoTote is best consumed within 3 months. Always store it in a cool place.
